Full Moon Circle in SLC

During the September Full Moon, Stephanie Epstein and I organized an event for our community beneath the full moon in SLC. We selected a particularly snug location in City Creek Canyon, readied the space, centered ourselves, and eagerly anticipated the arrival of our friends.

During the gathering, Stephanie guided a meditation while I did reiki, danced barefoot, and some of us even let out primal howls. Sage was burned, laughter and tears flowed, and we formed meaningful connections with fellow participants who came together to truly embrace life for a few precious hours. It was an incredibly beautiful experience.

I departed from the event feeling thoroughly inspired and empowered, deeply moved by the courage and openness on display. We're already in the early stages of planning our next gathering. Look forward to seeing all of you soon.
