Program Overview
This 3-month mentorship program, beginning January 2025, focuses on cultivating both technical proficiency and intention, helping you develop your signature style and approach to intuitive hairdressing. Whether you’re just starting or looking to expand your skills, this program is tailored to guide you on a transformative journey.

Month 1: Foundation of Intuitive Hairdressing
Week 1-2: Holistic Hair Care Principles / Self
Week 3-4: Emotional Intelligence & Trauma-Informed Care
Month 2: The Practice
Week 1-2: Cutting / Energy
Week 3-4: Color / Connection
Month 3: Integration
Week 1-2: Building Signature Style
Week 3-4: Business Mind
Month 4: Follow-Up
Ongoing support to ensure continued growth and integration of the program’s teachings.

I) Virtual-Only Package: $1500
Access to monthly virtual group support and discussion

Bi-monthly 1-on-1 sessions with Rachael to personalize your education and overcome challenges

II) Virtual + Hands-On Education Package: $3000
All virtual content, including full access to program lessons
Weekly 1-on-1 sessions with Rachael to address any challenges and personalize your education (Zoom or in-person)
Shadow Day: Spend a day with Rachael in the salon, shadowing her process and gaining hands-on experience
One Hands On Education: One in-person sessions tailored to develop specific skills and techniques aligned with your personal goals. Sessions may involve practice on a model or doll head.
Extended Follow-Up: 2 additional months of support and guidance during integration ( Thats 6 month total of mentorship)
Free Look-and-Learn Seat: One free access pass to any of Rachael’s future Look & Learns
III) Intensive Package: $4000 SOLD OUT
